Over the course of six years, I played a pivotal role in reshaping Cadence’s employer brand—transforming it from a dated, dot-com-era presence into a dynamic, people-first brand that resonated with modern talent. As I grew from intern to project manager, I led initiatives that elevated storytelling, digital presence, DEI visibility, and intern engagement, while contributing to the company’s recognition as a Great Place to Work.
