Event Execution &
Strategic Planning
My Experience
I’ve planned and executed 100s of events across corporate, nonprofit, and community spaces—from high-impact fundraising galas to executive roundtables, virtual showcases, and large-scale employee programs.
At Cadence, I managed events for global intern and college hire programs, including all-company virtual showcases that drew 500+ attendees. I led every stage of the event lifecycle—budgeting, promotion, logistics, stakeholder coordination, content planning, and post-event engagement. Many of these programs became signature experiences and were successfully scaled across the company’s international sites.
In the nonprofit sector, I orchestrated mission-driven events like Party Like An Animal and Super Pets Day—driving community participation, donor retention, and earned media coverage. From selecting vendors to shaping narratives and designing immersive onsite visuals, I approached each event as a full-spectrum brand experience.
My Approach
Events are more than just gatherings—they’re living, breathing expressions of brand, culture, and community.
Here’s how I approach event planning:
Experience-first: Every detail—from signage to speaker flow—is designed to serve the audience and leave a lasting impact.
Logistically sharp, creatively bold: I balance spreadsheets and vision boards, making sure the “wow” factor never comes at the expense of execution.
Cross-functional and collaborative: I thrive in environments where teams come together—from marketing to ops to AV—and love bringing a shared vision to life.
Whether it’s a mission-critical virtual town hall, a pop-up community event, or a critical fundraiser, I bring equal parts strategy, creativity, and calm under pressure.
